Basado en el sistema de Ashtanga, se practican las posturas de manera dinámica y fluida. La clase de Vinyasa supone un reto tanto físico como mental. Se desarrolla la fuerza y ayuda a eliminar toxinas. Las secuencias cambian y trabajan diferentes aspectos en cada práctica. La clase de vinyasa de los sábados es en inglés y se acompaña con música. Mandiram. If you want to develope a self practice -that is to wake up one day at home and start practicing knowing what you are doing- this class is for you. You will learn a set sequence that you can take home with you.
As a beginner you´ll find it very helpful to repeat the same postures so that you can follow up on your progress. As an advanced practitioner you will have the opportunity to observe the fluctuations of your mind and include more the meditative and philosophical aspects of yoga.

"Dana" means "generosity" in pali, the language of Buda. With these classes we want to create a circle of generosity: the one of our teachers for offering this classes and the generosity of our students that can give their donation (5. - suggested) which will be given entirely to our Project “help us to help”, which makes the channelling the generosity of the people who dedicate their time to carrying out these projects possible.
