If you want to develope a self practice -that is to wake up one day at home and start practicing knowing what you are doing- this class is for you. You will learn a set sequence with a challenge adapting it to your learning rhythm and your phisical condition. This practice requires a serious compromise and regular asistance.

As a beginner you will receive personal attention and as an advanced practitioner you will have the opportunity to observe the fluctuations of your mind, your reactions and in order to work more the meditative and philosophical aspects of yoga.
