The Hatha classes consist of a dynamic practice with alignment corrections. A sequence of postures that work your whole body and still the mind. Las clases de Hatha básico están pensadas para los que se inician en el yoga y para los que quieren repasar y fortalecer las bases de su práctica.
Cada sesión se estructura alrededor de un tema base principal a partir del cual se desarrollará la práctica.
Se repasan 8 temas básicos y se van repitiendo de manera cíclica:
1. Suryanamaskar, Saludo al Sol.
2. La Respiración.
3. Los Bandas.
4. Posturas de pie y Equilibrio. Meditación.
5. La base filosófica del yoga.
6. Torsiones.
7. Posturas hacia atrás y hacia delante.
8. Posturas invertidas.

Mandiram. If you want to develope a self practice -that is to wake up one day at home and start practicing knowing what you are doing- this class is for you. You will learn a set sequence that you can take home with you.
As a beginner you´ll find it very helpful to repeat the same postures so that you can follow up on your progress. As an advanced practitioner you will have the opportunity to observe the fluctuations of your mind and include more the meditative and philosophical aspects of yoga.

"Dana" means "generosity" in pali, the language of Buda. With these classes we want to create a circle of generosity: the one of our teachers for offering this classes and the generosity of our students that can give their donation (5. - suggested) which will be given entirely to our Project “help us to help”, which makes the channelling the generosity of the people who dedicate their time to carrying out these projects possible.

En las clases de meditación dinámica exploramos las distintas técnicas de meditación: cantando, realizando distintos mudras, combinando respiración y movimiento del cuerpo, caminando... Aprenderás a activarte, a relajarte y sobre todo a concentrarte.
