Travelling aound the world always in the search of her dreams, one day she found herself in a yoga class and understood that she wouldn’t find the self-realization that she was looking for in the outside world. She then embarked on her particular path of reward, Yoga.

Her classes find inspiration mainly in her German teachers of “Lord Vishnu’s Couch” who introduced her to the teachings of Vinyasa Yoga. During her years of practice didn’t miss any opportunities of practicing in workshops like the ones of Mark Whitwell, Jasmine Tarkeshi, Sharon Gannon & David Life, Dharma Mittra, etc.
