What do we Offer?
Retiros E-mail

First steps E-mail

Opening the world of Yoga with a varity of times and classes.

First steps in the world of yoga:

If you want to have your first contact with yoga, put some comfortable clothes in a bag and come and try a class. You can choose any class from the open schedule. Avoid eating 2 hours before the class and try to arrive with enough time to get changed with no rush and to talk to your teacher for a few minutes.

After the class, you can choose if you continue in the open classes or if you would rather learn step by step. Our experience has taught us that somebody that genuinely wants to be initiated in yoga needs a more personalised approach, which you can find with our one month Beginners' Yoga Course with two classes per week.

Private Classes E-mail

Will I be able to do a head-stand? What was all that about the breath? Is there a special sequence for opening up my hips? My shoulders? My mind?

All of us, sooner or later, should give ourselves some private classes. As a beginner it is good to take some private classes to clear up your doubts or, as an advanced student, to deepen your practice.

One class 40,-

3 classes 100,-

Flexible schedule. To arrange a private class write us a message.

Yoga Therapy E-mail

Yoga has many benefits ranging from relaxation to illumination. Use your body to reach your mind, combining postures, breath, and relaxation with yoga philosophy.

Yoga philosophy offers you a holistic perspective towards your life and your problems. In a yoga therapy session you apply postures of Yoga that have therapeutic effects and we observe the different sensations the student experiences. From here, we develop a sequence designed specially for you.

This therapy is based on ten private sessions in which we offer a space where you can open up and allow your body to talk, helping you discover your mental and emotional habits and, most importantly, giving you the tools to help you further your own progress.

Help us to help E-mail

Yoga practitioners know that it is not easy to find stability and serenity in our lives.

There are people for whom, because of their social environment, sickness or life circumstances, it is even more difficult.

In Mandiram Yoga we wish to dedicate a part of our efforts to relieving the suffering we see around us.

In past years we have collaborated with projects such as helping the Tsunami victims and the CCDT organization project in Bombay, which helps children and families affected by AIDS and small children in particularly difficult situations.

Now, during a whole year we are helping a person that, for one reason or another, has lost the ability to manage and support himself and relate to others, but has the potential to make it by himself and to live a more worthy life.

A teacher once said: “if only one person has breathed easier because of your help, your life has been worth it”.

To “help us to help”, we offer yoga classes based on donations. This class, open to all, is called DANA (Sundays at 12h), which in pali, the language of Buda, means “generosity”. We wish to create a circle of generosity: the generosity of our teachers for offering these classes and that of our students, whose donations are entirely destined to “help us to help”. And this makes it possible to channel the generosity of the people who support these projects.

We also regularly organise special classes (Sivananda, Yin yoga, chanting…) on a donation basis with this purpose.
